TERMS OF USE
1. The services HauClone provides are virtual accounts - newly created, with random data and not representing any real-life individuals. The product is solely for advertising/marketing purposes on Facebook, covering the following product categories: Management/sales software, Equipment/machinery/tools for F&B/Retail/Spa/Salon/Gym/Hotel/Homestay industries, Wifi/camera/television network installation services, Furniture business, Construction/design of shops/stores, and Raw materials business for F&B/Retail industries. Beyond these categories, HauClone does not permit and is not responsible for any intentional violations by customers.
2. We will immediately lock your account if you intentionally misuse the HauClone system to engage in activities that violate current USA law. We also disclaim any responsibility or liability arising from your violation of the system's usage procedures.
3. If we discover that you are engaging in fraudulent or deceptive behavior towards buyers using the information we have provided, we will immediately terminate your access to the system and use any remaining balance to compensate the buyers.
4. We only accept users over 18 years of age and with full US citizenship to use the system; if you do not meet these requirements, we will not serve you.
5. The information we provide, including Name/Email Address/Phone Number/Gender/Username/Password of newly created accounts - all information is virtual and randomly generated by a computer; it has no real-world value and is only used for testing/analyzing the advertising/marketing market. If you intentionally violate this, we refuse to accept any responsibility.
6. We store your information when you register an account for the purpose of analyzing your needs and serving you better every day. The information will be stored locally and will not be disclosed to any partners (except in cases where you show signs of violating the law and are requested to be investigated by a competent state authority).
7. The system uses cookies to communicate with your device. These cookies are only used for login/registration/access analysis/personalization of your account usage. By registering an account, you fully agree to HauClone storing cookies on your device.
8. We also reserve the right to change the selling price of all products/services offered by the HauClone system without prior notice. You can continue using the system or request a refund at any time; we will refund your main account balance within 24 hours of verifying the request.
